- कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक जो 18 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र का हो, वह कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट का डायरेक्ट सेलर बनने के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है और यह पूरी तरह से निशुल्क (Free) है | कंपनी प्रोडक्ट की कीमत के आलवा किसी से भी किसी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त पैसा नही लेती है, अगर आप किसी को किसी भी वजह से कोई अतिरिक्त पैसा देते हैं तो उसकी पूर्णत: जिम्मेदारी आपकी अपनी होगी। कंपनी इसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी |
- बतौर डायरेक्ट सेलर आप कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट्स (उत्पाद) को बेचकर कंपनी के बिज़नेस प्लान के अनुसार प्रॉफिट या कमीशन के रूप में पैसा कमा सकते हैं। कंपनी आपको किसी भी प्रकार की कोई नौकरी या फिक्स सैलरी नहीं देती, न ही आप कंपनी के एजेंट बनते हैं।
- आपका और कंपनी का रिलेशन इंडिपेंडेंट प्रिंसिपल टू प्रिंसिपल कॉन्ट्रैक्टर्स का होता है।
- आप कंपनी के सिर्फ ऑथराइज्ड सेंटर ( फ्रैंचाइजी , ब्रांच , मिनी फ्रैंचाइजी , गैलवेकार्ट और वर्चुअल मिनी फ्रैंचाइजी) से ही प्रोडक्ट खरीद सकते हैं। आप बिना Bill/Invoice के सामान नहीं खरीदें, अन्यथा कंपनी किसी भी तरह से जिम्मेदार नही होगी।
- अगर आप ऑथराइज्ड सेंटर से प्रोडक्ट खरीदते हैं, कंपनी आपके रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल पर SMS द्वारा आपको सूचित करती है।
- Refund Policy गैलवे डायरेक्ट सेलर (Direct Seller) बनने के 20 दिन के अंदर आप अपनी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप, रिफंड पॉलिसी के अनुसार कैंसिल कर सकते हैं। व सभी प्रोडक्ट वापिस करके अपने पूरे पैसे वापस ले सकते हैं बशर्ते रिफंड करने वाले प्रोडक्ट उपयोग करने की कंडीशन में हों।

company. The company sells its products to direct sellers through the direct selling method.
- Any Indian citizen who is 18 years or older can apply to become a direct seller to sale company’s products. Direct Seller registration is completely free. The company does not charge any extra money beyond the product price. If you give extra money to anyone, for any reason, you will be solely responsible for it. The company will not be liable in any way.
- As a Direct seller, you can earn money by selling the company’s products in accordance with the company’s business plan, either as profit or commission. The company does not offer any type of job or fixed salary to Direct seller.
- Company do not appoint Direct seller as an agent of the Company. Direct seller and Company is independent principal-to-principal contractors.
- You can only purchase products from the company’s authorized centers (franchise, branch, mini-franchise, Galwaykart, and virtual mini-franchise). Do not purchase products without a bill/invoice; otherwise, the company will not be responsible in any way.
- If you purchase products from an authorized center, the company will notify you via SMS on your registered mobile number. responsible in any way.
- Refund Policy Within 20 days of becoming a Galway Direct seller you can cancel your distributorship according to the refund policy. You can return all products and get a full refund, provided the returned products are in usable condition.
